  • AR, or Augmented Reality, enhances our physical world by overlaying digital content and experiences onto the real-world through devices like smartphones or AR glasses.

  • Once you’ve received your Hero Bodysuit, activate the AR experience via the Auroboros Snapchat lens. Enter your passcode into the lens and hold your phone over the logo on the chest of your bodysuit. Unlock customisation of colour, patterns, and explore features like glow and invisibility.

  • Access to AR is exclusive to the bodysuit, included with your purchase. You will receive a custom access code to unlock features. For further purchases and upgrades, visit our website.

Order & Shipping

  • The product page will show you whether an item is available to buy now or pre-order. For questions, contact us.

  • Select your item and pay in full to pre-order. We’ll notify you when your order is ready to ship. Note your order will go into production after your purchase. Expected arrival 01/09/24 - 30/09/24. Check your inbox for detailed information.

  • Please email our Customer Services Team to cancel your order. If the product has been despatched, return it with original tags/labels (and any free gifts) within 14 days. Returns must be made at your own cost.

Returns & Exchanges

    For digital orders, you have 14 days from the date we accepted your order to contact us for a refund. 

    You cannot return digital items after you have started to download or stream them.

    For physical orders, you have 14 days from the delivery date to send it back.You must return items in its original packaging and labels and tags attached.

  • Yes, pre-ordered items can be returned in the same manner as regular orders, subject to T&Cs. Follow the returns process here.

  • We will refund you as soon as possible and within a maximum of 14 days. Please note we will refund you the price you have paid for the item(s) and do not refund any extra sum you may have paid for express delivery or return delivery costs.
